I’m honored to be featured in DC Magazine’s 20th Anniversary Issue as part of their “ICONS of Washington D.C.” edition—highlighting local leaders, innovators, and changemakers shaping the capital’s story.

My own story started just outside D.C., in my family’s restaurant, where I learned that food brings people together. That same belief has guided me at MightyMeals—building something that started as a neighborhood idea and has since grown into a mission to make healthy, chef-prepared meals accessible to more families and individuals across 27 states.

This recognition is really about the MightyMeals community—our team, our customers, and the partners who share our vision to make eating well simple, sustainable, and meaningful. Together, we’ve turned innovation into impact, from improving operations with tech to expanding our food donation efforts through partnerships like the one we’re developing with Children’s National Hospital.

As we celebrate 10 years of MightyMeals, I’m grateful for how far we’ve come—and inspired for what’s next.
