At MightyMeals, our mission has always been simple: help people choose healthy and live mighty. But behind the scenes, there’s a lot of innovation powering that promise — and AI has become one of the most important tools helping us scale our impact without ever losing our heart.

Today, I want to pull back the curtain on how AI supports our growth, our teams, and, most importantly, our ability to feed more families than ever.

A decade ago, we were delivering meals across the DMV. Today, we’re serving 27 states — and a big part of that expansion comes from using AI to understand demand, streamline logistics, and communicate more effectively with our customers.

AI helps us identify which meals resonate, which regions need extra support, and how to deliver fresh meals with even more consistency. It’s not about replacing people — it’s about giving our teams better tools to serve more customers with precision and care.

One of the biggest myths about AI is that it eliminates jobs. At MightyMeals, the opposite has been true.

By optimizing internal efficiencies — from packing workflows to inventory forecasting — we’ve been able to grow faster, reach more households, and build systems that scale. And with that growth comes new opportunities:
