Honored, Grateful, and Focused on What Matters
by Chef Stefano, CEO & Co-Founder of MightyMeals
I’m incredibly honored to share that I’ve been named to the Washington Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2026.
But if I’m being honest — this award may have my name on it, but it represents something much bigger.
It represents the 140+ team members under our roof who show up every single day. The prep team starting before sunrise. The chefs dialing in every recipe. The operations crew keeping everything moving. The delivery drivers navigating traffic, late nights, early mornings — and yes, even snowstorms — to make sure your meals arrive on time.
Without them, there is no MightyMeals.
When we started this company, we were doing everything ourselves — cooking, packaging, delivering. Over the years, what has allowed us to grow isn’t just systems or strategy. It’s people. Brilliant, hardworking, mission-driven people who care deeply about what we’re building together.
And then there’s you — our customers.
From the very first orders placed in Northern Virginia to serving 27 states today, you’ve trusted us to be part of your routine, your health goals, your families’ tables. You’ve supported us through menu launches, brand evolutions, tech upgrades, and growth seasons. You’ve allowed us to expand our impact — including our recent partnership with Children’s National Hospital to support families facing food insecurity.
None of that happens without your support.
Awards are nice. Recognition is meaningful. But what truly matters to me is building something that lasts — a company that feeds people well, creates opportunity, and gives back in real ways.
I’m deeply grateful. For the team. For our customers. For this community.
And we’re just getting started.
