A Full Circle Moment at the Prince William County Calibrate Conference
by Chef Stefano, CEO & Co-Founder of MightyMeals
Last week, I had the opportunity to speak at the Prince William County Calibrate Conference about entrepreneurship, growth, and what it has looked like building MightyMeals from the ground up.
I’ve spoken at events before, but this one felt different.
At the conference, I was unexpectedly awarded the Make Your Mark Key to Prince William County—an honor I truly never saw coming.
What This Recognition Really Means
Truthfully, awards are never the goal.
What means the most is being recognized by the same community that believed in us early on—the people who supported MightyMeals when we were just getting started.
That’s what made this moment special.
It also reminded me of something important: growth rarely feels exciting while you’re in the middle of it.
Most of the journey is simply continuing to push forward. Staying consistent. Solving problems. Building one step at a time, even when progress feels slow or invisible.
You don’t always realize how far you’ve come until moments like this force you to pause and reflect.
Gratitude for the Community
I’m incredibly grateful to the Prince William Chamber, everyone involved with the Calibrate Conference, and especially our team, partners, customers, and community who have believed in the vision over the years.
This recognition belongs to all of us.
And honestly—it still feels like we’re just getting started.
